1. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning services are liable for any resulting costs and expenses.
2. Local Reservations
Guests are not permitted to make reservations within their own place of residence with VISTAMO. Please contact us if you wish to book in your own locality.
3. Smoking, Parties, and Noises
Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies or in communal areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking policy will incur a fee of €250 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repairs.
4. Commercial Photography/Videography and Illegal Activities
Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. Unauthorized Guests
Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
6. Pets
Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in an additional cleaning fee.
7. Lost Items
Guests are responsible and liable for the costs of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits.
8. Monitoring Devices
Noise monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to detect excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
9. Damages and Losses
Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damages to our customer service.
10. Compliance with House Rules
Booking a reservation implies agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not adhere to the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Non-compliance may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without a refund.
